For example, we offer Medical (HMO or PPO), Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Many of these benefits are paid for - in whole or in part - by Sierra Surgery Hospital for our Full-Time staff. There is also family insurance coverage and prorated rates available for Part-Time employees.Coverage for our employees starts the first of the month following 30 days

Our Full-Time staff receives additional benefits which include:
